We do ask for full payment at the time of consultation, and are happy to accept most major credit cards, except Amercian Express.

If you have any concerns regarding payment please discuss these with us, we are very happy to give estimates for any necessary work, so please do not be embarrassed to ask.

We do encourage clients to consider Insurance for their pets, and if you have insurance, we can handle all the paperwork for you at what is often a stressful time.

Through Care Free Credit we can also offer a payment plan option if you are not insured. Plans can start from £250 - please ask at reception for more details.
