Pet insurance helps to ensure you can give your pet the treatment it needs knowing you can get help with the cost.

We work with specialist pet insurer Petplan who have a range of policies to suit your priorities, your pet and your budget. In the case of large or ongoing claims, we are happy to deal with these directly through Petplan. However if you are insured with another company we ask that you settle the bill with us directly and then claim the costs back.

If you are unable to do so, then you must discuss this with us, and ask your insurance company if they will provide a pro-forma.
